• Use the Service only for lawful business communication and in compliance with applicable anti-spam, privacy, and consent laws.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the billing settings; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Your content

You retain ownership of the data you put into the Service. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process that data to operate the Service for you.

Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uppit is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
