Getting started with Uppit Sales
A quick tour of the core workflow: capture, organize, sell, activate.
1. Connect your channels
Head to Settings → Channels to link WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, and SMS, and Settings → Email accounts to connect a Gmail or Outlook mailbox. Every inbound reply lands in one assigned Inbox.
2. Organize contacts
The Contacts database keeps one record per person — timeline, source, owner, company, tags, and consent state. Switch between viewing individual people and grouping by company, save custom views, and use bulk actions to tag or assign owners.
3. Work your pipeline
Move deals through customizable stages on the Pipeline board or list, spot stale opportunities, and keep the next activity visible to your whole team.
4. Run campaigns & sequences
Send focused Campaigns to saved audiences across email, SMS, and WhatsApp with a pre-send review. Use Sequences for multi-step follow-ups that stop automatically the moment a contact replies.
5. Let AI assist
Draft replies, get a suggested next step in the inbox, and surface possible duplicate contacts — always with human approval before anything sends.
