This Privacy Policy explains how Uppit Sales ("Uppit", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our customer relationship management application (the "Service").
Information we collect
- Account data — your name, email address, and team details when you register.
- Customer relationship data — contacts, conversations, deals, and activities you create or import into the Service.
- Connected accounts — when you connect a mailbox (Gmail/Outlook) or calendar, we access only the data needed to sync messages and events on your behalf, using OAuth tokens you can revoke at any time.
- Usage data — technical logs needed to operate and secure the Service.
How we use information
We use your information to provide and improve the Service, sync your connected channels, send the messages you initiate, and keep your account secure. We do not sell your personal information.
Data sharing
We share data only with subprocessors that help us run the Service (such as hosting, email, and messaging providers) and only as needed to deliver the features you use. Each operates under its own data-protection terms.
Data retention & your rights
You can export or delete contact records at any time from within the app, and you may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. We retain data only as long as needed to provide the Service or meet legal obligations.
